Playing in the Browser

1. Load Click Play in Browser and wait while the game loads (about 60 MB – the first time takes a little while, after that it's quicker).
2. Click to start Click the page once when it asks – browsers only allow sound after a click. Then play with the keyboard, just like the downloaded game.
3. Get on the leaderboard Win the story, or end an Endless run, and type a nickname to put your score on the leaderboard. See the best scores under Leaderboard on the start screen.

Works best in Chrome, Edge or Firefox on a computer. Your progress is saved in the browser you play in (clearing the browser's data clears it too).

Downloading the Game (Windows)

1. Download Click Download Game above and wait for the zip file to finish downloading (it usually ends up in your Downloads folder).
2. Extract Right-click the zip file and choose Extract All…, then click Extract. Don't start the game from inside the zip – it needs all its files unpacked.
3. Play Open the new folder and double-click The Link Between Land and Sea.exe. Leave the _internal folder next to it – the game needs it.

The first time, Windows may say “Windows protected your PC”. That's only because the game isn't signed. Click More info and then Run anyway. Nothing needs to be installed – to remove the game, just delete the folder.
